The Perfect Niche

There's only three factors that go into picking your perfect niche.

The first factor is “leverageable expertise”. You may not know it, but I guarantee you possess some sort of “expertise” you could immediately manipulate for profit.

Some people aren't even aware of this until I put them through my system. I know because I go to a lot of internet marketing seminars and do a lot of coaching. What I do is first massage out their areas of expertise by asking them simple questions.

Then, right before their eyes, I weave those areas together and give them a niche domination plan that shows them how to immediately enter a niche and exploit it...

In a Single Day!

Their response is almost always the same: “Wow, Jason I got more from our little conversation than I did from all the presentation I've sat through at this event.”

So first you'll go through a process that unearths your own areas of expertise. Then we tie them to a niche.

But we're just getting started!

The second step is “exploitable resources”. These are things you have access to and probably don't realize can be exploited to suck money out of certain niches.

Here you'll get a process to uncover all your exploitable resources – even if you don't currently know what they are.

What happens next: You combine certain areas of expertise with certain resources. When you're done you'll have all the tools you need to immediately turn any number of niches into cash.

That's when things get fun because you can now plug-in to step three in my system...

“Level 3” Niche Marketing!

Did you know there are only 18 “evergreen” niches to even consider?

Yep, that's it. Just knowing what those 18 niches are dramatically increases your chances of success. It also eliminates indecision.

I call these 18 niches “level 1 niches”. These are broad niches with lots of competition. Competition is good, though – it shows there is a lot of money to be made in that niche.

But if you're starting out, you usually can't compete in level 1 niches. Not a problem. You just go down to “level 3” niches, and exploit several smaller niches all at the same time!

When you're done, you'll actually have a bigger chunk of the niche than if you tried to go at it head on.

you straight away become the leader of that niche chunk you broke off. I call it “puddle marketing”. Most people pick too broad of a niche. That's like jumping up and down in the ocean... it accomplishes nothing. But if you jump up and down in a puddle, you'll make huge splashes!

And what's great is you can easily jump from one puddle to the next.

Gurus say you need to create a “unique sales position” or a competitive advantage. I'm sure you've heard all that mumbo-jumbo before. The problem with that is it makes your conscious mind do the work.
